Homeowner Claims Submission Tool – Available to select users
The homeowner claims submission tool modernizes and streamlines the way you
submit new homeowner claims to CMHC. When complete, it will replace legacy methods of claims
submission such as emili CLAIMS, e-mail or fax.
emili CLAIMS, e-mail and fax submission channels will remain operational during the transition
period.

Ability to view the final outcome of your claim calculation
Access to a repository of all attachments and comments exchanged on a
specific claim

additional documentation
Sorting and filtering capabilities
Online self-serve claim submission and processing capabilities, including:
Ability to save a draft claims submission
Form-level validation completed at submission
Automated notifications to alert you about important updates and additional
documentation that may be required
