As part of the suite of the Insurance Servicing Tools, user access management offers you the ability to autonomously grant, revoke or modify access for users in your organization or service providers working on your behalf. It also offers the ability to extract summary reports of active users.
Role of the Administrator and Key Responsibilities
An Administrator is an individual responsible for creating and managing
approved lender and service provider users and permissions.
Key responsibilities of an Administrator include:

Servicing Tools by managing their permissions
