We produce research on housing needs and affordability in Canada. This includes:
- striving to understand better the opportunities and barriers to affordability across the entire continuum of housing in Canada
- working with the housing industry to achieve the results and influence the decisions we need to accelerate housing affordability
- leading and enabling the creation of data, evidence, and insights to address housing needs, facilitate inclusion and resiliency, and improve market stability in Canada
- taking a closer look at the housing needs and conditions of key vulnerable populations who experience a high incidence of core housing need
