Request a speaker for your next conference or event. Please submit your request 5-6 months in advance, with the following information:

• background information on the event and/or organization
• the date and time of the event (and whether these are flexible), and the venue
• audience (who will be attending, approximate number of attendees expected)
• the role you would like the speaker to play (e.g., opening remarks, panelist, keynote, etc.)
• name and telephone number of a contact person
