Rental Market Survey Notice

The survey targets only privately initiated structures with at least 3 rental units, which have been on the market for at least 3 months. The survey collects market rent, available and vacant unit data for all sampled structures.

Information gathered in the Rental Market Surveys will be released in this year’s Rental Market Reports for applicable centres.

CMHC appreciates the cooperation of all participants in this survey.
