Condominium Apartment Survey Notice

CMHC is conducting the Condominium Apartment Survey between mid-August and mid-September. The purpose of this survey is to gain information on the secondary rental market. Information gathered in the Condominium Apartment Survey will be released in this year’s Rental Market Reports for applicable centres.

In August, CMHC enumerators will be contacting property managers of condominium apartment buildings in:

Respondents will be asked to participate in a brief survey, which collects information on rental units in their buildings. The goal of this survey is to provide estimates of rental rates, vacancy rates and average rents of condominium apartments.
