Nhung has over 15 years of experience developing complex infrastructure projects valued at $150M. She supported Horizon Legacy's early move into renewable energy developments and now leading Horizon's pioneering efforts in construction technology and automation. She studied Computer Engineering at University of Ottawa, Environmental Management at Harvard and received certifications in Construction Management at Columbia and Innovation Management at Erasmus University Rotterdam. She has managed all aspects of project development including land acquisition, legal and contractual obligations, environmental studies, engineering and construction, permitting and approvals, Indigenous and public consultation, financing.
