Keith Herring is the Director of Modular and Construction Systems for CHBA. He has over 10 years' experience as an executive in the construction industry and worked as an independent consultant for the Federal Government on large construction projects. Additionally, he has served on several not-for-profit board of directors for home builders, construction associations, housing and business/economic development. Keith is a project management professional (PMP) and certified management consultant (CMC) with a Master’s degree in Accounting. Keith is also a Prosci change management expert and has worked with private sector clients to assist in the adoption of growth strategies through the implementation of management systems and technology.
