This data table series covers new home construction in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). You can find monthly data for new home markets by single and multi-family dwelling across various tenure types.

The new home markets will show you:

  • units pending construction
  • units started
  • completions
  • under construction
  • absorbed units (new construction)
  • unabsorbed new home inventory 

Note: Data is monthly starting from January 2019
