Comprehensive economic trade agreement (CETA)

Comprehensive Economic Trade Agreement (CETA) procurement transparency reporting effective September 21^st, 2017.

On September 21^st, 2017; Canada and the European Union (EU) formally implemented the ambitious Comprehensive Economic Trade Agreement (CETA). The implementation of this agreement allows Canadian and European business increased access to a market spanning approximately 535 million people.

In compliance with the newly established agreement, CMHC is committed to ensuring that the CETA transparency of procurement requirements are met. Effective April 1^st, 2018 CMHC discloses contracts awarded that fall under CETA.
