Multi-Unit Default Management team provides support to the Approved Lender in resolving default situations, evaluating possible workout alternatives, managing and marketing properties in a cost-effective manner. Default situations include arrears, rick of imminent default, non-compliance with terms and conditions of the insured loan agreement and circumstances which might negatively impact the project’s viability.
For initial default notifications and monthly reporting of rental loans in default, please submit the Arrears/Default reports (Form 19 or 02) to:
